All you will need is a onion, baby carrots, some stew meat, a garlic clove (or already minced garlic, and lastly 1 pack of your favorite flavored ramen. That's right only 1 pack! This serves 2 people or if you're just really really hungry you can eat this up all by yourself and feel full! So lets get started shall we?

Ramen Beef Soup

Ingredients

  • About 10 Baby Carrots
  • 1/2 tsp of minces Garlic
  • 1 small potato
  • Stew meat

  • 1 pack of ramen (I chose chicken flavor)

Lets cook!

Step 1

Cut the baby carrots in half, the potato itno bite sized pieces, and chop the onion. Set to the side.

Step 2

Next place some oil in a sauce pan and turn on medium heat.
Step 3

Add the garlic, onion, and carrots to the pan the stir fry for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Next add the potatoes and stir till coated with oil. Add the stew meat then 3 cups of water (or enough to cover everything), place lip on pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes until veggies are tender.

Step 5

In the meantime boil a pot of water for your noodles. Take your noodle packet and remove the seasoning pack and set it to the side.

Step 6

After the time is up for your soup turn it on to low, take the seasoning packet and pour it into the soup and stir.

Step 7

Follow directions on packet to cook the noodles, after they cook drain them and now you're ready to assemble the soup.

Step 8

Place the noodles on the bottom of a big soup bowl, turn off the stove for your soup and laddle the broth right onto the noodles.
